What data sources can I connect?
You can forward emails, upload CSV files, or send data through webhooks from virtually any system. If your data can be sent to an email address or webhook URL, InboxSummaries can process it.
How does the AI know what's important?
You define the criteria. Tell InboxSummaries what questions to answer in your summaries and what characteristics make an item worth flagging as a Gem. The AI works from your specifications.
Can I correct the AI when it misses something?
Absolutely. You can browse all your raw data, manually flag any item as a Gem, edit summaries, and add your own notes. You're always in control.
How often will I receive summaries?
You choose—daily, weekly, or on a custom schedule. You can also configure how many items need to come in before a summary is generated.
What kinds of data work best with InboxSummaries?
Any high-volume incoming data where you need to extract insights without reading every item. Common use cases include audience survey responses, job applications, customer feedback, form submissions, support tickets, and content feeds.
